How to break out of the Procrastination Rut

End the malaise of procrastination and set a more positive example to your team.

Create a schedule with visual or auditory cues; something that physically reminds you of what must be done.

Recruit colleagues to review your work. Use their expectation to create results.

Stop referring to yourself as a procrastinator and start seeing yourself as someone who gets things done.
