Managing Time Effectively

While it's important to delegate and manage your team to the company's best advantage, it is also vital to manage your own time effectively.

Try cutting down meeting times by fifteen minutes, encouraging the whole team to work on time efficiency. Use the fifteen minutes to then debrief yourself.

Set out goals for the following week, determine what was accomplished and consider any new ideas that were presented.
